The Clubhouse has been upgraded several times, but the most recent expansion and improvements elevate both ambience and function to sophisticated new heights. It is here that tales are exchanged, golfing exploits toasted, old friendships cemented and new ones forged. So, what should the ideal clubhouse provide? Exactly what Skibo’s offers: spectacular views, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable seating, a lively bar and a dining experience that lives up to its surroundings. In other words, somewhere you’re happy to linger, and that’s exactly what estate director Gary Gruber had envisioned. ‘We were seeking to improve the vistas in all directions, while also increasing the size of our Shop, our dining areas, and our now-open kitchen,’ he explains.
