About the Team

Delivering exceptional service to our members and guests is at the core of everything we do. Our Night Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring that the highest standards of guest experience and safety are delivered around the clock.

As part of the Front of House department, our Night Operations team handles a variety of security and member-focused responsibilities, including estate patrols, building checks, answering calls, assisting guests, and fire prevention.

About this Role 

As a Night Operations Assistant you will: 

  • Work closely with the Night Supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of the Club throughout the night. 
  • Provide hospitality services to residents, including room service, late check-ins, and early departures, responding promptly and professionally to any requests. 
  • Run the night audit, prepare reports, and investigate any system discrepancies.
  • Maintain the security of the Club by conducting patrols and building checks across the estate. In the event of a fire, you will act as a fire marshal. 
  • Prepare front-and back-of-house areas for the following day, including cleaning fireplaces, ensuring golf buggies and cars are ready for use, and maintaining the appearance of public spaces. 
  • Manage the Club’s telephone switchboard once the late receptionist finishes, serving as the main point of contact for guests staying overnight. 
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of all guests and team members residing at the Club. 

Who We Are Looking For

  • A proactive and dependable team player, you take pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • You're discreet, responsible, and remain calm under pressure.
  • You're a strong team collaborator who can also work independently and take initiative.
  • You're computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
  • You're positive, friendly, and cooperative, with a strong commitment to guest experience and safety. A first aid certificate is also beneficial. 
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is required as the role involves driving on the estate.

Gratuities (tips) that are passed directly to staff are paid to all employees on a pro-rata basis regardless of their role.
